So simply put, if the method of planetary geometry influence is AC then we can clearly see how introduction of another ‘planet’ into the plasma stream can affect the flow both ways. If the mechanism is via a DC current, then the introduction of the ‘planet’ would need to change the distribution of the outflow between the outer spheres, like the difference between a blank sun and having lots of sunspots.
